• Have you ever tried “teleworking?” I often hear the phrase “telework” used by people in Japan, but we can also call it “remotework/online work” or more casually, “work from home.” I suppose many people have done this since the pandemic, and it looks like it’s here to stay.
  I’ve been working from home since 2016, because I am based in Manila and the students are in Japan. Because of the improvements in technology, working remotely has been effective. Also, we can spend more time with family, or have a better work-life balance.
  What are your thoughts about remote working?
